This is on two different Windows 10 computers with multiple different SD card readers (that seem to work fine). Mazda offers its users an application to backup and restore their Navigation SD Cards. I would flip that lock/unlock a few times to ensure proper disengagement (you want it unlocked). Every time I try to run the Mazda Toolbox I either get an error about a missing update server, or it just fails to detect my SD card. If you tried it both ways and got the same result - this was not the problem. opening the application as administrator removes any potential problems behind the scenes (no error message). When I try to update Naviextras Toolbox I get a Download error message. Sometimes applications are doing a "raw access" or "privileged access" to things on the system. I am having trouble reconnecting or re-pairing my phone to the handsfree. Yes the application opens, but you indicated it would not see the SD card. Just a troubleshooting step, not a magical solution.
